Refund Policy

Thank you for purchasing from Soccer 4 Less.

Digital Products — No Refunds. Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final once the files have been downloaded or the download page has been accessed. We cannot issue refunds for digital file downloads as the product has already been fully delivered.

Exceptions. We may consider a refund in the following circumstances:

• You were charged multiple times for the same purchase (duplicate transaction).
• You experienced a technical error that prevented you from accessing or downloading any files, and the issue could not be resolved.

How to Request a Refund. If you believe you qualify for an exception, please contact us at zon2024@gmx.com within 7 days of your purchase. Include your name, the email used for payment, and a description of the issue.

Processing Time. Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days and returned to the original payment method.

Chargebacks. We encourage you to contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank or credit card company. We are happy to resolve any issues directly.
